Sight Saving Surgery
One morning, first thing MB complained of problems with his vision although he wasn’t booked in he was seen immediately by Barbara, she realised he had a serious problem, a superior retinal detachment which if not treated urgently could cause sudden loss of vision.
By referring him immediately to the hospital, MB was having sight saving surgery that afternoon for his retinal detachment.
