I feel I must write to express my thanks to you for your concern and painstaking and time-consuming care for me. Dear Barbara

Thank you so much for your clear presentation on Monday at the Macular Degeneration Support Group.  It was very useful having an overview of various conditions, as well as a reminder that we should all get our eyes tested. There was obviously a lot of interest in what you said, going by the number of questions and the queue of people who spoke to you afterwards.

This was a well-attended meeting:  I calculate that there were 40 of us in the room altogether, including escorts, helpers and visitors.
